I was very skeptical about this real estate transaction because
foreclosures are sold “as is”, but the buyer offered a little over asking price and then asked the foreclosure bank to replace all the missing items, and the bank accepted the offer.
We had six weeks to close and all the new items had to be replaced by closing, to my surprise it all worked out and we actually closed eleven days early.
I could not help but wonder why the previous owner left the kitchen sink but removed two toilets from the house. I suppose I will never understand the need for those toilets.
